“The company” is a next-generation HR tech company reshaping the way businesses attract, relocate, and educate international talent. We’re building a unified platform that brings together three powerful components: Recruiting Software, Relocation Software, and a Learning Management System.

Together with one of our operating and established brands, we are already working with 50+ business clients in Germany – from startups to enterprise – who are actively using one of our solutions and requesting the further solutions we build. The product is validated, the market is growing due to an increasing talent shortage and skill shift in Europe and the company is bootstrapped till date.

We're looking for a Technical Co-Founder to complete our founding team – someone who is not only highly technical, but also thinks like a product strategist and knows how to build product-led growth models.

Tasks


Your mission

  • Own and drive the technical architecture and vision of “the company”.
     
  • Merge our existing modules (recruiting, relocation, LMS – two of which are white-labeled, one developed in-house with Node.js) into a unified platform.
     
  • Build our candidate-facing solution from scratch – so far, the platform is tailored to HR professionals.
     
  • Ensure API scalability and secure authorization integrations to scale quickly through our partner network.
     
  • Leverage AI not as a buzzword, but to create real, scalable value.
     
  • Build with a product-led sales mindset – the platform should sell itself with a great UX, smart data flows, and measurable value for clients.

Start hands-on and full-stack, with the opportunity to scale the tech team as the company grows but think 10 people, bootstrapped unicorn.

Requirements


What you bring

  • Expert-level full stack development skills with Node.js and all further top-notch web frameworks.
     
  • Solid experience with API architecture and authentication protocols.
     
  • Strong AI fluency – you know how to integrate and use AI tools effectively across a SaaS product.
     
  • Proven ability to build product-led SaaS platforms – ideally in B2B HR Tech, EdTech, or similar.
     
  • You combine technical depth with business acumen – especially how the product supports sales and marketing.
     
  • You are fluent in English (mandatory); German is a plus but not required.
     
  • You’re driven, independent, and ready to own a product from 0 to global scale.
